Series
K Kevlar Friction Plates
Barnett's Series K Kevlar friction plates
have been a proven performer since we introduced them in 1991. The Kevlar
performs flawlessly under severe conditions and deliver smooth precise
shifting. The Kevlar friction material is bonded to 6061-T6 alloy CNC
machined cores or tempered steel cores depending on the application. The
Series K plates are compatible with stock steel drive plates, springs, and
all oils.

Carbon
Fiber Friction Plates
Barnett's Carbon Fiber segmented friction
plates are extremely durable and heat tolerant. A high static and dynamic
coefficient of friction provide a smooth positive engagement and release.
The Carbon Fiber material will not contaminate the oil and are compatible
with stock steel drive plates, springs, and all oils. If you are extremely
hard on your clutch, these are the plates for you!

M-Series Friction Plates
Barnett's new M-Series friction plates are
made out of our exclusive "molded" Carbon Fiber compound. This is a true
"wet/dry" material that resists the "glazing" which can cause chattering.
The M-Series friction plates tolerate extreme heat and are suitable for
all high performance applications. Intended for dry clutch application,
the porosity of the compound adapts it perfectly to wet applications as
well. The M-Series friction plates are available for select Harley
Davidson, Ducati, and Yamaha (TZ250) models.

Steel
Drive Plates
Barnett tempered steel drive plates are made
out of steel that is rolled to a precise thickness and flatness. After
these plates are stamped, they go through a tumble burnishing and
vibratory de-burring process to ensure a quality finish.

Cryodized
Aluminum Drive Plates
Barnett's Cryodized aluminum drive plates
will lighten the clutch assembly and provide a quicker throttle response.
These plates will not contaminate the oil like typical aluminum drive
plates. However, they will not last as long as our steel drive plates. We
recommend that these plates be used for competition only. We also
recommend that they be used with the stock OEM friction plates, inspected
frequently, and replaced as needed. Not recommended for use with carbon
fiber friction plates or dry friction materials.

Coil Clutch Springs
Barnett offers a wide variety of heavy duty
clutch springs for your racing and performance applications. May be used
with stock (O.E.) plates or Barnett's performance plates.

Clutch Spring Conversion Kits
Barnett spring conversion kits are designed
to convert the stock diaphragm spring assembly to a coil spring assembly.
The conversion kit will give your bike a more positive, controllable
clutch engagement over the stock set up. These kits include a billet
aluminum pressure plate and coil springs. Available for the Yamaha
FJ1100/1200, YZF1000 R1, V-Max, XVZ13 Venture Royal Star, 1600 Road Star
and 1999-04 XVS1100 V-Star.
Ducati
Billet Clutch Baskets Barnett's
new Ducati clutch basket is CNC machined from tough 2024-T3 billet
aluminum and utilizes stainless steel inserts to eliminate grooving from
the clutch plate tabs. This basket weighs in at just sixteen ounces and is
anodized in gold. Fits various Ducati six-speed dry clutch models. For
optimum performance, install a new Barnett clutch kit with your new
basket!
