How to Pay -
USPS or CaPS Money Order

here's why;

Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading export information through the Shippers Export Declaration (SED) (or any successor document) shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both.

The sender's failure to complete the form properly can delay delivery of the item or inconvenience the sender and addressee. Minimum Orders

For the Continental U.S. is $30

Orders outside of the Continental U.S.
will incur a $25 handling fee if under $250.

Returns and Exchanges

- No returns or exchanges after 30 days from invoice date

- No cash refunds will be given

- A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied

- Special order items may not be returned or exchanged

No cash refunds will be given, store credit only. A 20% re-stocking charge will apply to all approved returns or exchanges. Special order parts may not be returned or exchanged.

To request an exchange for product, you must first contact us for approval. Dynoman Performance will exchange parts only at its discretion. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide you with a return number.

Returns are at Dynoman's discretion only. Please ask before you order; if item is a closeout part, returning it is not an option. If item is a special order, returning is not a possibility either. No exceptions.

All parts returned or exchanged must be in "as new" condition. Parts returned must be in original packaging. All part numbers and your approval number must be listed for exchanges. Returns will not be accepted without an approval number obtained in advance. Absolutely no returns on ignition or electrical items.

Shipping charges for returned product and for exchanged product are the responsibility of the Customer. Any additional charges for exchanged product must be paid for in advance via Paypal.

We collect 8.25% sales tax for all orders with a shipping address in Texas.

We do not offer tech support or warranty on the products that we sell - it is the buyers responsibility to correctly install, or hire a capable mechanic to correctly install, products sold on this website. All products sold here are for racing use, and are used at the buyers own risk.

Damaged Merchandise

Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local carrier. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material. You must make claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days.

Not everything we carry is listed in our on-line catalog. If you need something we do not show in our catalog, we will get it for you, just visit our Inquiry page

Warranty

Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. Dynoman.net is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.

• We will not falsify Customs documents! Marking items that have been sold by our company as 'gifts' or undervaluing them is against US and Intrnational law; we can be fined and barred from shipping to your country if prosecuted.
   

• We will only ship to confirmed addresses with verified accounts as set forth on the Paypal website, terms of doing business.
   

• International shipping (outside of the US) is quoted upon request. The shipping fee on our shopping cart only applies to United States orders.
   

• Some items may incur special handling charges, such as unusually large or heavy items (chains, crankshafts, etc.) And some items cannot be shipped out of the US - please email us for details. We do not ship to all countries, please contact us for further information.

REduce - REuse - REcycle 

Dynoman believes in protecting the Earth's precious natural resources as much as possible and for many years has sought out ways to do our part . We reuse cardboard boxes whenever possible; those that cannot be reused are recycled. We reuse all packing material and when we have to purchase new packing 'peanuts' we only buy the corn starch type which break down very quickly when wet and do not contaminate landfills. We also email invoices to our customers; this paperless communication saves tens of thousands of pieces of paper per year. These are just a few of the ways we work toward doing our part, and we strive to find more!
